Outlook – Setup Auto Signatures
Open Outlook.
Go to the search bar at the top of the screen and type the word signature, then select the "Signature" option, then Signatures...

If you have different accounts, select the one you want to create the Signature for:

Then click "New" and type the name of the Signature as you desire. Click "Ok".

In the Edit Signatures option (the white window below)
Update the text, images, or formatting.

Under Choose default signature, set
New messages → your signature.
Replies/forwards → same or different signature.
Click OK to save.
You can test it clicking on the "New" email option and check if your customize signature is there.
